Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, Canada Post or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

We strive to provide free shipping where possible, and on some products have arranged a cost sharing in the total price so there are no surprises at checkout.

Shipping is free on most orders over $125 USD throughout North America (Cansda and USA) however some locations are excluded (i.e Nunavut, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, etc), but provided discount shipping instead.

It is encouraged that smaller inexpensive items are combined with either of our backpacks to ensure free shipping on the entire order.

Orders between $100-$249 USD are a flat rate $20USD for shipping charged to the customer.
